Regarding Your Request:
(1) Payment Terms:
- Payment methods: You can choose between “Bank Transfer” and “PayPal Transfer.” (Details of the payment recipient will be provided in the invoice.)
- I request payment to be split into two installments:
First installment: 50% of the contract amount as an initial payment upon contract establishment.
(Please bear the payment handling fee.)
Second installment: 50% of the contract amount by the end of the month following the delivery month.
(We will cover the payment handling fee.)
If it’s difficult to proceed with payment as outlined above, please specify the reason and your preferred payment schedule for discussion.
(2) Invoicing:
Invoices will be created as PDF files and sent via email. If the email address provided in the form differs from the desired delivery address, please inform us. Additionally, if you have a specific due date for the invoice or prefer postal delivery of the invoice, please let us know.
